Terms and Conditions for all Raindrop Association trainings :

 

Because of the importance of completing the full training to obtain your Certificate of Attendance, we ask that you only register for this training if you are able to arrive by the scheduled starting time, and stay until the scheduled finishing time. If this causes any problems, please discuss these with us.

Once you have paid your deposit or full payment, if you find yourself unable to attend the course for any reason, you may either:

  • transfer all moneys paid onto a future course with The Raindrop Association of Australia (less a non-refundable, non-transferable holding deposit, as outlined below), or
  • nominate someone to attend in your place (in which case no fee is deducted – it’s a simple transfer of name on the booking).

 

 

Holding Deposits - Raindrop Technique MasterClass and EECT:

 

  • The holding deposit is $200 for the Raindrop Technique MasterClass, and also for the Egyptian Emotional Clearing Technique MasterClass, if cancelled 14 days or more ahead of the advertised course start date
  • The holding deposit is 50% of the advertised early bird price if cancelled less than 14 days but at least 24 hours ahead of the course start date
  • The holding deposit is 100% of the advertised early bird price if cancelled less than 24 hours ahead of the course start date
  • All cancellations must be directed to your course coordinator, and must be made in writing (eg. by email)

 

 

Holding deposits - Raindrop Technique Level 2:

 

  • The holding deposit is $200, if cancelled 14 days or more ahead of the advertised course start date
  • The holding deposit is 100% of the advertised early bird price if cancelled less than 14 days ahead of the course start date
  • All cancellations must be directed to your course coordinator, and must be made in writing (eg. by email)

 

 

In the event of us cancelling a course:

 

If a course must be cancelled (eg. due to insufficient numbers), you will receive a full refund, or you may opt to transfer the full amount paid to a future course.

 

 

Indemnity Form:

 

  • Raindrop Technique and Egyptian Emotional Clearing Technique are performed using Young Living’s essential oils, and not other brands (we will ask you to sign an indemnity form to this effect when you attend the training) – this is because of the quality and guaranteed purity of these oils.
  • You will also be asked for your Young Living member number when you book in for your course. This will be issued to you when you purchase your oils from Young Living Essential Oils. If you are at all uncertain as to how to place an order with Young Living, please speak to the person who introduced you to the Young Living Essential Oils (or our trainings). If you are having any difficulties with this process, our course coordinator will happily assist you.

 

 

 

Terms and Conditions for all Raindrop Association student clinics and SpOIL Me days:

 

The student clinics and SpOIL Me days must be paid for in full at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable, and cannot be transferred to another clinic or SpOIL Me day should you find yourself unable to attend for any reason.

 

Instead, we recommend that you:

  • nominate someone to attend in your place
  • advise us of this person's name and contact details so that we can update our records
